Tom Becker became the President and CEO of Imageworks Manufacturing, Inc. in 1992. Tom’s leadership greatly increased business and provided Tom with the ability to bring new innovations to the promotional and direct mail markets.

In late 2000, Becker successfully petitioned the United States Postal Service to accept a new category of mail called Customized MarketMail (CMM). CMM was approved in July 2003 and Becker invented ShipShapes, the first product to take advantage of CMM, which allows for unique shaped mail to be sent without a box or envelope. These amazing shapes are designed to flex without creasing and will retain shape after coming out of the mailbox.

Prior to ShipShapes, Becker invented an electronic mousepad called the Launch Station. After selling mass quantities, the Launch Station product was sold to a large computer company in January 2000.

Tom graduated from Purdue University in 1992 with an Industrial Engineering degree. He is actively involved with the Direct Marketing Association and is a member of the President’s Forum of Management.
